When will my order ship?

For ready made items please allow 2 weeks for your order to be packed and shipped.

Do you ship to the EU & internationally?

We ship to the EU & internationally via Royal Mail or courier service. Please note the price of shipping does not include import charges or taxes.

Do you accept refunds?

No refunds on ceramics unless item is damaged in transit. We cannot take liability for pieces damaged in clients hands.
