Customs & Duties 

From August 2025 the USA is subject to 10% customs tariffs. These fees are calculated automatically and paid for by the customer at checkout. 

All orders outside the UK may be subject to further customs fees or import taxes on landing. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Returns / Exchanges

In the event of loss/damage during transit I will send replacement items.

This is a very small business and due to the handmade/made to order nature of the pieces I cannot offer refunds.

Make sure to double check the shipping address.
